I've been feeling Bloggerly Challenged lately, mostly because I think I've been using up all my wit and wisdom commenting on Tif's blog. It also might have something to do with not much going on in my life lately worthy of blogging about. Do you really want to know what I thought of the last episode of the Sopranos that I finally watched on DVR last night? Or how I burned my finger underneath the nail trying to chip away some molten metal while soldering?

Because I may not know you, but I know you love thread as much as I do. Right? You're addicted to thread too? (Please at least nod here) You go into the finer quilting stores and look at their millions of shades of YLI at $6.95 each and think longingly 'someday I will have every single one of those colors'. Orchid, lavender, violet, purple... they're ALL DIFFERENT!
If I had my way, these would be my window shades...
All organized by color...
In the cases for storing Hot Wheels and Matchbox cars...
Enjoy it where you find it. Life's too short not to appreciate the little (useful) things. Like THREAD!

I probably should let you gaze lovingly at the boxes of thread I haven't used in ages. It is easy to wish for every color, isn't it?
Your thread obsession reminds me of my recent tiny button obsession, and my long-standing fabric one. Beautiful displays. I can't stay away from Tif's blog either- she is such an original! ps-we DO NEED every single color made, and 2 of our favorites*
